Semi Automatic Blow moulding, along with extrusion, injection moulding, and moulding, is the main method for producing hollow objects. Additionally, it is the method that is most usually applied to the treatment of plastic goods.

The thermoplastic resin is first extruded or injection-molded into a tubular parison that is semi-molten, and it is then softened and placed in various mould forms.

Compressed air is pumped into the parison, which is already sealed in the cavity of the mould in a rubber-like state, once the mould has been sealed. The parison is then expanded by the pressure of the gas, creating a hollow object that is close to the cavity's inner wall.

Continuous extrusion Semi Automatic blow molding refers to the continuous extrusion of the tube blank by the Blow molding machine.
